P R is capable of running central government

Tan Seng Giaw (@Senggiaw) tweeted at 5:29 PM on Sat, Oct 20, 2012: YAB Najib reiterated that PR is incapable of running the Central Govt. Lets look at states such as Selanor, Penang, Kedah and Kelantan with PR Govt. PR is definitely capable of running these governments.

What is important is that general elections must be clean and fair. The people can choose the most capable government.
