设皇位会调查巴港自贸丑闻，为美好社会[铺路。
民主行动党全国署理主席陈胜尧博士认为，首相拿督斯里納吉必须采取大刀阔斧的步骤，包括制造有力的气氛，设立皇家调查委员会，彻底调查巴生港口自由贸易区丑闻，找出罪魁祸首，绳之以法。
陈医生是于2009年7月12日针对首相上任百日的声明，发表文告。
昨天，纳吉强调，他在上任百日內所宣佈的措施只是一個開始，最終目標是要為人民制造更美好、繁榮、進步和有保障的将來。
他说：“我們的路程好比河流，無論是領導的人，或被領導的人，所有人都流向同一方向。”
我们响往美好、繁荣、进步和有保障的社会，也希望像河流一样，大马人皆朝一方向流。这意味着首相应该全面性观看我国的系统和多元社会的现实，确保公平合理的政策。无论什么政府，行政、实践和执法时，必须照顾到全民。
今日，大马面对许多问题，诸如保安不保、经济滞呆和巴生港口自由贸易区丑闻。若是纳吉能够大刀阔斧地处理巴港自贸丑闻，臻达比较合理的成果，这应该是以民为先的表现。
虽然反贪污委员会和公共账目委员会，必须扮演积极的角色，但是，此十年的丑闻需要中央政府的协助，包括塑造有利的气围。设想内阁于1999年通过巴生自贸区计划，预测耗资19亿令吉，必须在金融上自给自足，然而，公、私界各造，却没有根据程序和廉正，为所欲为，至2007年，花了75亿令吉。如果情况没有好转，到2015年耗资将达125亿令吉。
上述丑闻是错综复杂，内中有千千情节，需要皇家调查委员会，来进行解迷，揪出罪魁祸首，为美好、繁荣、进步和有保障的社会铺路。

The last parliament sitting in June 2009, everyone is aware that the minister of transport has made an official trip to france to attend the airshow which he claimed that it is so crucial for him to attend that he has to miss the parliament sitting especially to answer the questions raised by the opposition on PKFZ.
first of all, the paris air show is only for a day, what is he doing for 6 days in europe? of cos, he has visited port of marseille, CMA CGA HQ and London Metal Exchange. Let us explore why those visits are more important for OTK than answering in the parliament which he has cried out loud for many times that PKFZ culprit must pay. Or is it he realizes that he is also one of the culprits?
why is visit port of marseille is so important? if you were to ask any port community or shipping companies, they will not know how to answer the question cos port klang is ranked 15 busiest port in the world and port of marseille is , errr... i have no idea. Port of Marseille has signed a sister port memorandum with Port Klang in such that their port will be learning from us of how port klang operates as an authority. Port of Marseille should be here instead of our minister of transport going to france. Well, may be it is because he is attending the paris air show and take the opportunity to visit the smaller port in europe. dont forget that going there is also wasting public tax payers money. may be the minister is trying to boost the trade between the two ports and i hope the minister will be able to provide the statistics of the billateral trade of both ports for the past 5 years and may be as long as he is still the minister.
why does he visit CMA CGA? CMA CGA is the main client of Westport in Malaysia. Wesport which is in Port Klang has been identified by the government of malaysia to be established as the gateway and hub for malaysia. Now , we must know why the minister would want to go to CMA CGA HQ ? the answer was published in the newspaper that CMA CGA will move their operation to PTP. Who is PTP? you have to find out yourself. isnt that is the owner of the private jet that OTK took to Beijing during his trip to establish political relationship with the Chinese Communist Party early this year. I would like to ask the MACC and the government , can a minister of transport fly in a private jet to overseas, which is owned by the same owner of PTP, DRB ( Puspskom), Double track contractor MMC. Whether he is on leave or not , i am sure the public would like to know especially when OTK has been crying out loud about integrity, accountability and transparency. Now, back to the CMA CGA's epic . Do you think CMA will move his operation to PTP without any cost reduced? of cos it is a commercial decision but at this point of economy crisis, the cost reduction will cost revenue in flow into our country at least millions a year . that is a lost of revenue for our country one way or another. the minister suppose to promote all ports and especially when the government policy is to establish portklang as the hub n gateway for malaysia. why is he encouraging this movement ? Only OTK will be able to answer in the parliament.
London Metal Exchange: The application has been approved as expressed by the chairman of PKA before the visit. Is it so important that the minister himself must be there to pick up the certificate. What a waste of public money as we do not forget that he is taking the whole team from the ministry to accompany him to all the places. Is it for him to be there personally to pick up a piece of paper or is it because he has a daughter studying in London or may be nearby in england. for someone who sings on integrity, i hope the malaysian is able to see what is called integrity.
because of these 3 reasons, OTK prefers to avoid the parliament session. This shows that personal interest is above all other public interests. Only he knows.
